The Davenport Grand Hotel completed construction on their new facility and it is a great addition to downtown Spokane. With a skywalk directly to the Spokane Convention Center, it offers visitors a short trip to their room after an event or a show at the INB Performing Arts Theater. With 716 rooms, over 63,000 square feet of meeting space, an 18,000 square foot ballroom, and 900 spaces in the parking garage, it is quite an architectural exhibition!
One of my clients, Shoemaker Manufacturing provided all the HVAC grilles, louvers and vent systems in this beautiful structure. Phase one of the project was taking photographs of the interior for them. Phase two (below) consists of exterior images now that construction has been fully completed.
