The former Macy’s building in downtown Spokane was recently converted into an upscale residential living space. I had the privilege of photographing it on three separate occasions.
The first photo shoot was to showcase the real estate space for sale in the building. This floor was staged nicely with complementary furniture to the white, brown, and beige colors of the remodeled spaces. The proximity to downtown Spokane and amazing views from the living room makes this a highly desirable location.
The second photo shoot was to showcase the hospitality space for short term vacation rentals. They offer an entire floor of units that can be rented for a few days or a few weeks at a time (or at least they did at the time of this photo shoot)
The third visit to photograph the M Apartments included new furnishings and interior decor as well as updated exterior photos. The building is off to a great start after the remodel!
