Kettle Falls is north of Spokane WA near the Columbia River and Lake Roosevelt. It is just over an hour south of the border leading into B.C. Canada. This beautiful ranch is being listed for sale and I was called in to take photographs of the primary residence for the Real Estate company listing it. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the agents and meeting the owners who were delightful.
The property is situated near the main road but far enough away to provide the residents with privacy. There are beautiful trees in the back past the horse pasture. There was still a lot of snow on the ground so needless to say, I was not asked to take any from the outside for the listing. The home is only a short drive from both the Columbia river and a great winery called China Bend that I was told makes some great wine.
